EXTENSION
Crawford Drive, Old Kilpatrick
A new roof structure was installed to allow bedrooms to be created within the roof space. In addition the existing house was extended to the rear allowing the kitchen to be increased in size. The well maintained rear garden was then accessed from the kitchen via a raised deck. The only requirement of the client was the retention of an existing apple tree which meant that we had to construct the new decking around it.
