The client wanted a balcony that would allow her to take full advantage of the stunning views of the River Clyde. The fact that the main living level of the house was a number of steps above rear garden ground which was also steeply sloping, meant that the balcony provided outdoor space immediately outside their kitchen which they now use on a regular basis.
